WARRANTY TERMS

AMP-FORGED LIMITED 5 YEARS STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

AMP-forged warrants to the original retail purchaser that AMP-forged wheels are designed in Germany, built in aluminum grade 6061T6 and will be free from structural or manufacturing defects if used under intended normal use in a period of five years. Invoice in the name of the original retail purchaser shall be evidence of proof of original ownership. Warranty is not transferable. AMP-forged warrants the factory painted wheel products for 3 years or 50.000km from the original time of purchase. The warranty does not cover surface rust or pitting.

WARRANTY POLICIES:

AMP-forged under this warranty shall either replace or repair, at AMP-Forged sole discretion, without charge. Any AMP-forged wheel products must be returned freight prepaid to the dealer from whom the wheel was originally purchased. After AMP-Forged examination shows that said product has failed under normal use and service due to the defects in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement shall not include installation charges. All products must be returned to the place of original purchase and not directly to AMP-Forged.

Warranty is void under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged in transit or misuse, accident or negligence or has been repaired or altered by anyone other than AMP-Forged.

  • Product is used in conjunction with any hardware, adaptors etc. other than those supplied by AMP-Forged.

  • Product has had any modifications, repairs or changes made by anyone other than AMP-Forged.

  • Products have been subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, caustic cleaning chemicals, harsh car washes, adverse weather conditions or improper product care.

  • Original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification, or upon transfer of title on product by the original purchaser.

  • Damage occurred during installation or rotation.

  • Damage caused from improper maintenance or improper cleaning agents.

  • The product was sold as a blemish item.

  • The product has been used on off road surfaces or on racing tracks.

  • The product is damaged by bad road conditions such as pot holes, for which the municipality is responsible and liable.
